dc.description.abstract | There is an ongoing debate about the most effective methods of promoting healthy diets and there is a need for clear definition to describe healthy or unhealthy foods. Nutrient profile of foods is fast becoming the basis of regulating nutrition labels, health claims, marketing and advertising to children.
