Title: | Da un Dante all’altro. Pier Paolo Pasolini e la “Divina Mimesis” |
Authors: | Simonetti, Gianluigi |
Issue Date: | 2018 |
Document Type: | Article |
Abstract: | L’articolo prende in considerazione il dantismo di Pier Paolo Pasolini e in particolare l’elaborata stesura dell’opera data alle stampe col titolo Divina Mimesis. This article examines the role played by Dante in Pier Paolo Pasolini’s work, particularly in the context of the complex drafting of his text later published as Divina Mimesis. The story of this book is analysed in depth and interpreted as an exemplary case study of Pasolini’s evolving re-use of Dante, describing a move from a multi-lingual and realistic poetical retrieval to one much more interested in the Commedia’s autobiographical forms. |
