Modelli audiovisivi e prefigurazioni digitali nelle sperimentazioni sul medium esposizione: Les Immatériaux di Jean-François Lyotard

Abstract

L’articolo mette in luce i nessi fra la decostruzione del medium esposizione realizzata da Jean- François Lyotard in occasione di Les Immatériaux e le precedenti sperimentazioni che il filosofo aveva compiuto con l’audiovisivo, in particolare quelle volte a infrangere la corrispondenza fra sonoro e immagine, e a minare la legittimità autoriale. A metà fra opera d’arte e mostra temporanea, Les Immatériaux, prefigura anche uno spazio di visita imparentato con l’esperienza della navigazione in rete.

The contribution highlights links between the deconstruction of exhibition medium put by Jean- François Lyotard at Les Immatériaux and the previous experiments the philosopher has done with the audio-visual, in particular these to break the correspondence between sound and picture, and these to undermine the authorship legitimacy. In balance between a work of art and a temporary exhibition, Les Immatériaux prefigures a space of visit similar to surfing on the web.
