Abstract

Testo introduttivo ed esplicativo della performance redatto dall’artista in occasione della presentazione della proposta al museo. Il testo è articolato in diverse parti: dopo una introduzione sul concetto di delinquenza e sul ruolo sociale che essa ha secondo Galindo, l’artista affronta la sinossi della perfomance che viene successivamente descritta in tutte le sue fasi. In conclusione l’artista elenca i requisiti necessari alla realizzazione della performance e precisamente: un volontario esperto nell’uso di armi e con comprovata mira; un giubbotto antiproiettile; uno spazio adeguato; un’arma Calibro 22 e un’equipe tecnica che possa documentare le azioni nei due ambienti dove si sarebbe svolta la performance.

Text to introduce and explain the performance, written by the artist to present it to the museum. The text is made by different parts; after introducing the concept of delinquency and its social function it has according to the artist, Galindo briefly sums up the performance that is then described in all its phases. In conclusion, the artist lists all the necessary requisite to realize the performance, that are: a volunteer expert in the use of weapons and with a perfect aim; a bulletproof vest; an appropriate room; a gun caliber 22 and an équipe to film the actions in the two rooms in which the performance was supposed to take place.
